Improving the Cancer Journey - East Dunbartonshire

Cancer doesn't just affect your physical well-being it can affect every aspect of your life, from your emotions to your finances. However, often people don't know where to turn for support. Together with Macmillan Cancer Support, East Dunbartonshire Health & Social Care Partnership have launched a community cancer care service called ‘Improving Cancer Journey’ or ICJ for short.

East Dunbartonshire ICJ is a service available to all people affected by cancer within East Dunbartonshire. ICJ offers dedicated support from our Cancer Wellbeing Practitioners to discuss “what matters to you”. We offer this service to all people affected by cancer including families and carers to easily access the support and information they need in a timely manner. Whether it’s financial, emotional, practical or physical concerns, we’re here to help.
